Storage Solutions - Peg racks

Our stylish peg rack will keep your coats, dressing gowns or towels organised and would make a perfect gift for you or a loved one.  These racks are suitable for any room in your home and can be made as long or as short as you like. We use 3" long pegs which provide lots of space for your coats, towels or bags.

  • Live/natural edge wood recycled from local trees and sanded silky smooth.
  • The coat rack and pegs are finished with clear, hard wax oil that has a subtle soft sheen which brings out the beauty and character of the wood.
  • Easy to fit to any wall with our recessed keyhole brackets, fixings included.
  • Hot-branded on the back with our Jigsaw design branding.
  • Every rack we make is as unique as the tree it came from on the Isle of Man.

Standard Size Guide – Rail Length
The pegs are set back from the edge of the wood by 6cm, and the pegs are placed at 15 cm intervals. For example;
  • a 4 peg rack would be 48cm long, about 18 ½ inches
  • a 5 peg would be 60cm, about 2'.
  • multiply the number of pegs by 12 to get the total length of the rack in centimetres.
This spacing provides enough room between the pegs if you are hanging bulky jackets, towels or dressing gowns. If you would like a different peg spacing then that's not a problem and we can do that for you.

Key Storage Peg Racks

Our key peg racks are made with the same attention to detail and high quality finish as their big brothers - the only differences being shorter pegs and rack lengths. The pegs are set back from the edge of the wood by 2.5cm, and the pegs are placed at 5 cm intervals. For example;
  • a 5-peg rack would be 25cm long
  • a 6-peg rack would be 30cm long
  • The Oak pegs are about 5cm long
