Our on-site chainsaw milling service allows you to convert fallen or felled trees on your property into useful and valuable timber. Milled wood can be use to build garden furniture, raised beds, garden planters and small buildings.
We can mill wood up to 1 metre wide and 4.8 metres long. Not all logs are viable for milling (too narrow, rotten, cracked) - if you email us with pictures of the log, it's length, maximum width and variety if known then we can advise you and provide a quote. Our average day rate including operator, equipment and fuel is £395.00.
Lower rates negotiable if we take some of the milled boards.
